Michelin Star restaurant Aurora offers an unmatched Italian culinary experience with a menu largely inspired by the Puglia Region in Southern Italy – the birthplace of our Chef De Cuisine Michele dell’Aquila. Heavily influenced by Mediterranean traditions, the Southern Italian cuisine is characterized by a diverse range of fish and seafood recipes and the use of exotic spices and exceptional vegetables.
