The popularity of the fare comes from its fine ingredients, specially flown in from Japan at least five times a week. In true Japanese style, the highly skilled chefs work their art using special metal chopsticks to sense the vibrations of the oil and the food, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection and presented crisp and piping hot. Tenmasa offers traditional tatami seating, as well as three small private dining rooms and an exclusive sake bar.
