Check-in time is from 3.00pm and check-out time is before 11.00am.
Early Arrivals or Late Departures:
Please notify us of your request one day prior to your scheduled arrival or departure to ensure availability. Alternatively it is always possible to check-in your baggage with us and access any of the fitness or spa facilities while waiting for your guest room.
Late Check-Out:
For an extended check-out up to 6.00pm, an additional charge of 50% of the daily room rate is applicable. A full-day room rate will be applied for departures after 6.00pm
Express Check-Out:
An express check-out service is available subject to terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for hotel room reservations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the arrival time. If the cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received in advance, a charge of one night's room rate will apply.
Payment Method:
Credit cards: The hotel honours most major credit cards. Personal cheques are not accepted.
